• Include the email address linked to your Enehid account (if you have one).
• Describe what you expected and what happened instead.
• For map or place issues, mention the place name and neighborhood if you can.
• Screenshots help us resolve issues faster.

In the app

Open Profile → Help Center to send a support message or attach a screenshot from inside the app.

Other requests

• Privacy: privacy@enehid.com — see our Privacy Policy.
• Delete your account: Account deletion instructions or Profile → Privacy & security in the app.
• Points: Earn points in the app by exploring, reviewing, and contributing. Open Profile to see your balance.
