These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Enehid mobile application, related websites, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Enehid ("Enehid", "we", "us", "our") provides location-based discovery features, place submissions, user reviews, favorites, profile features, and related functionality.

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity; upload infringing or harmful content; attempt unauthorized access; or interfere with reliability or security.
We may investigate and take action, including suspension or termination, for violations.
"User Content" includes content you submit or upload, such as place details, photos, reviews, ratings, profile content, and support messages.
You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant Enehid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify for technical formatting, display, and distribute your User Content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
You represent that you have all required rights and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.
We may review, remove, limit visibility of, or refuse content that violates these Terms, law, or platform safety standards. We may restrict or terminate accounts for repeat or severe violations.
The Service includes community-contributed information and ratings. We do not guarantee that listings, operating hours, media, or reviews are complete, accurate, or current.
The Service uses third-party providers (for example Firebase, Google Maps, AdMob, Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, and payment providers such as Telebirr where applicable). Their products are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by Enehid or its licensors and protected by applicable law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enehid and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enehid from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, or harmed users, the Service, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Enehid is established, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Before formal proceedings, contact us so we can attempt a good-faith resolution.
We may update these Terms. Material updates may be notified in-app, by email, or by publishing an updated date. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
